Wow, my blog has been ranked by www.alexa.com and now what?
Now, its time to claim your site. What is the advantage from claiming your site? You can take a look to this picture, is your site have a description like this?
No? You can edit your Blog/Site description in www.alexa.com if you have claim your site, and its FREE.
How to Claim my Site/Blog?
- Go to http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/YOUR-BLOG-URL-HERE
- Click Link Claim Your Site at the right side of your Blog/Site Name.
- Now Follow the instruction from Alexa, and you must add code to your homepage.
How to add code to my HomePage?
- Go to Template>Edit HTML
- Now Find (CTRL+F)

- Place your meta code by alexa at the end of other meta tag. It shoul look like this.
<meta content='This is the description' name='description'/> <meta content='Tutorial Flash, Tutorial Web' name='keywords'/> <meta content='YOURALEXACODE' name='alexaVerifyID'/>
- Save Template

ReplyDeleteIts not affect your rank on alexa at all... When you claim your site on alexa, you can change the description of your site there... At least, people will believe that you care about your site.
Why your site itself not using alexa meta tag ????
